Ok there are so many diets out there but the one that i feel was the best for me was simply Weight Watchers. they teach you how to lose weight by eating everyday food - no special formula's or pre-made meals. But everyone is different, but remember you must start an exercise program and I would suggest just walkin gto start with - thats how i lost most of my weight to begin with.
