Blog Entry: Today i did my basic workout, 25 situps, 10 skullers, 50 leg lifts each side facing up, 50 leglifts each side on side, 50 leglifts each side on tummy, 100 arm curls with 8 lb. weights, 10 "girl" pushups, 30 skullers, and a quiet 25 crunches, and now, im starving, but i know if i eat ill either puke it up, feel guilty or go crazy, ahhhhh i wish i could just lose the fat!
