Blog Entry: I am so proud of myself, I walked and walked some more. It was so bloody humid today too. So I was sweating like a pig..Don’t sound nice huh! But I was HOT! Thank gawd I had my hair cut yesterday or I would have collapsed under the weight of it! LOL.   I am limiting my intake also. I had and usually have every morning 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk (I can’t stand skimmed) and for lunch I had two bacon rashers with salad in rivitas which is like a flatbread cracker thingy, it’s hard to describe.   Those who know it what they are can describe them to ya lol. Tonight for supper I am having chicken tikka with rice (limit on the rice) following my docs orders! For snacks I usually grab cherry tomatoes too munch on or white grapes which I thoroughly enjoy. I have yoghurt (weight watchers kind) and for drinks I have options hot chocolate (very low in calories) takes care of the chocolate cravings, mineral water, which I am really getting into and orange juice.   I cut my eight to ten cups of coffee a day addiction down to just one. Of Which I drink in the morning. Just to get my butt in gear. I steer away from anything that is not good for me. I try my best to pick a healthier option rather feed my cravings which is very hard sometimes but I am sticking to it. I am not calorie counting but I am limiting my fat intake. I try to stick to the low fat or no fat options. Steering away from refined, tinned and frozen stuff and buying a lot more fresh food which is not only good for me but good for my children also. Hopefully my better eating habits will rub off on them and they will have healthier lives because of it. Last week the whole family caught colds, I was the only one not to catch it. I like to think it’s because I am eating better and I am pumped for of vitamins and minerals. So hey I must be doing something right. That’s all for now Be Back Soon
