Blog Entry: First, I'd like to start by saying... WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY PROFILE?! lol... I'm a capricorn, and I'm 22.... (2008, minus 1986.... You do the math..) Now, on to what I am really here for. Weight loss. Too many times I've looked in the mirror and wished I just looked better, healthier. I joined a gym about a year ago, and actually it did me alot of good... Until I couldnt afford the personal training sessions anymore. To date, I've lost 50 lbs (The number was higher, but recently I have gained 15 back..) So, I'm at it again. Yesterday I managed to go down to the fitness center in the hotel I'm staying at until... well until I find somewhere I want to rent in a new town. And I did 5 minutes on the eliptical, 5 on the bike, and some strength training. This was about all I could manage after nearly a year of not working out (It's been since about... October of last year since I had a good workout) That being said... Tonight I took my multivitamin, calculated my calories, and did 100 crunches, and 50 sit ups. Then ATTEMPTED to do some push ups (Never really was any good at those) I guess, I just was browsing the internet before bed to find some other type of support. Something that wont cost me $300 a month (But hey, the trainer was cute, and I lost a TON of weight... Worth every penny if you can afford it) Thats all for now.
