Blog Entry: Week One Day One October 23, 2008- 207 pounds Goal: 195 pounds by November 24, 2008 Well today I am excited because I woke up this morning before my alarm even went off which was set for 5:40 so I could be ready before my second alarm went off for 6am for me to be out the door. So I walked mostly with a light jog this morning. I went for one time around my neighborhood which I believe is almost a mile. So when returning home I did my morning workout which was for the first time ever...LOL but i did it. Also I posted up signs around my room and bathroom of my new diet and workout plan along with encouraging words. So after my mini morning workout. After that I began my one on one Bible study on Proverbs today I learned a little what proverbs will be about which is how we should live and live for God and showing Wisdom. Got ready for work, then breakfast was suppose to crackers and some hot green tea but my dad called for my sister and I to meet him at a resturant for a meeting. I was worried because I was like dang the day I want to start a diet, but I handled it in a good way. I ordered 2 egg whites with grits and a slice of ham (not sure if the meat choice was good or not). But I did't eat it all so I took it to go. And snacked on it through out the morning also I had hot tea. Now for lunch I had a side salad from chik-fil-a with just cheese and croutons at first and then had just one chicken strip i cut into tiny pieces with italian dressing and it was good. And for my afterluch I am going to have a campbells soup at hand cream of broccoli and that's only 150cals. So, so far I am proud of myself I am doing good today. Not sure what I will eat for dinner as of yet though. We'll see.
