Diet(I'm pescetarian)
Monday-Sunday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal or 1 cup of Cereal without milk.
Snack: Fruit
Lunch: Thinsations or half of sandwich. Can eat a fruit as well.
Snack: Fruit
Dinner: 3-5oz of Salmon or fish and 1 to 1 and 1/2 of vegetables.
If still hungry, eat a fruit btu never eat 3 horus before going to bed.
Stay off of high calorie or high carb or high fat rated foods.
Exercise
Every second day will be interval training for 15 minutes on the elliptical or the treadmill. 1 minute rest 1 minute high intensity. 77 rpm on elliptical for hgih intensity. 7.0 speed or higher for treadmill.
Every other day will be normal cardio for 30 minutes.
