Blog Entry: I am 189 pounds and unhappy. I am tired of being teased and tormented, not only by my peers but by the smaller size clothes I see at my favorite store. I have to do something about this. I've tried losing weight a million times before and each time I have failed. I really want to try this time. And now is a good time because my halloween candy is gone. My brother keeps saying that I'm going to fail. No one in my family actually believes me when I say I'm going to try to lose weight now. So I have to prove it to them by my actions and results. Anyway I am 189 pounds. My weekly goal is 2 pounds. I know that usually in the first week you lose a lot. I also know that you need motivation through the whole process, which is usually my biggest problem. I have to work on that. Until next week, Tiara
