Title: Need Help!

Blog Entry: Hey so I would really like some help or advice for anyone who can please help me. I'm 18 years old and tired of being overweight! I currently weigh 240 pounds, and I have a goal of losing 40 pounds in the next 3 months! I have to be really dedicated but i think i can do it. My friend and i have been exercising 5 days a week, and I've been diong about 2 miles on the treadmill and 4 miles on the bike, and ab crunches every once in a while. I've cut out soda completely and almost all sweets, and trying to cut down portion sizes!! I think i'm on the right track, but i really need some more advice if anyone has any, I would also like people to share their weight experiences with me... anything to keep me more encouraged, PLEASE!!!
