Blog Entry: I am 2 months away from turning 22. I weigh about 230 lbs and i am getting married in about 2 years. I NEED to lose. My dream dress is a size 14 and im a size 18 right now Ive only been doing this for 1 week but i have managed to lose 5 lbs. I really need some support because my fiance thinks im beautiful and that i dont need to lose a pound but i want to be healthy.
