Blog Entry: Hello everyone, I am trying to loose some weight! I weight 191 now and someday would like to be down to 150! I don't want to give my self a goal! I would like to say maybe 2 pounds a week and see how that goes! I am not sure what kind of foods I should be eating or anything. I did recently purchase Women's Ultra Mega Active Multivitamin and Apple Cider Complete Dietary Supplement too! I am hopeing that them 2 will help me out a little!!
