Forgot all about my blogging site, seemed like the last time I even made contact was in 2008. I guess it would be good to look back at the accomplishments and barriers I have faced within the last 12 months.

Weighed in this morning at 152lbs, I have definitly come a long way since college when I weighed in at 207.5. Now since starting my job in Sept 2009, I stopped working out because of my busy busy work schedule, thus putting on 15lbs all over again within a few month span. (I have a desk job) I noticed my weight was creeping back up, so I had to reduce my caloric intake or else i wouldve hit 207 in a snap of a finger.

So I balloned up to 165, when I started working in sept 09, I was 149... Since I watched my caloric intake, I am now at 152 working on getting back into the 140s (those moments were very short lived)

Now that the new years is upon us, I have been trying to get my resolutions in check. I still plan to keep my caloric intake to approx 1200 cal/day and incorporate fitness back into my life even though I know it is going to be tough. I want to work out 5-6x/week, so i need to plan out my fitness schedule. But i do definitly know that I will be working out to Jillian Michaels 30 day shred again, and possibly try out her new dvd that I just bought, shred it with weights.

I want to incorporate healthy eating with my family, they are kind of still stuck on unhealthy eating habits, and having a 7 year old, we all know how picky of eaters they can be. I want to have 1 healthy recipe incorporated into our diet each week. I will follow up again in the future on how everything has turned out. My ultimate goal is to be 125-130... 27lbs to go
