well, im still eating some unhealthy foods but less of them. i made a grocery list for shopping next week hoping that i will have enough money to buy all the food. i have been trying to walk more often, and yesterday i went on a 2 hour hike through the sand dunes at the coast here, and my legs are killing me now, but i feel really good. as far as how mch weight i have lost, i dont have a working scale right now so i have to wait until i do to see how it's going.
