Meal Replacements

Tomorrow will be my first day without any purge/binge stuff. I need to make a promise to myself, since I'm the only one who cares about myself. 'Cause the truth is no one else does. Everyone in my family thinks my problems are over since I look "normal". God knows they couldn't be more wrong.

So... In order to lose the unhealty 4 Kg. I have won, I decided to make a diet using Meal Replacement Shakes for breakfast and dinner and ONE healthy meal. I say ONE, not FOUR, TEN, TWENTY. JUST ONE.

I guess the key is not to be alone in my house, because when I stay by myself I start my bulimia process. And that's not cool at all. So my meal plan for tomorrow is:

BREAKFAST: Meal replacement Shake (Chocolate flavor)

LUNCH:  Fish Fillet with sautted veggies (mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach)

DINNER: Meal replacement Shake (Strawberry)

Hey there..  your diet plan sounds YUMMY!!  :)  Wish you all the best of luck!  I know a good way to keep yourself motivated. Take pictures of yourself over a period of time..  once you see the changes yourself as opposed to other's eyes..  you will tend to believe yourself better..  *wink!  Cheers!
