Motivation!

Well Ive read somewhere to gain Motivation you need to ask yourself a few questions, and answer being specific!

 Here goes:

 What do I want?

1. Well clearly I want to loose those extra kilos Im carrying! But I really want to be a healthy size 10 for once in my life! I want to be able to look at a bowl of salad and think mmmmmm this is way better than Macca's. I want to change my lifestyle and I want to eat healthy! I dont want to be a health freak as such, but definatly cut down on the junk food!!

I'd love to be able to run for an hour and be only slightly puffed! I want to be toned and have a stomach like Angelina Jolie! I want to be able to dance at a night club and not have a care in the world about my flabby arms! I just want to be totally happy with who I am!

 So I think thats 5 major points :

1. Loose weight, be hapy at size 10

2. Get fit, be able to run a marathon!

3. Eat healthy food and love it!

4. Tone up! GYM GYM GYM!

 And finally 5. Just be happy with life! I love life, But I want to be happy with who I am! HIGH SELF ESTEEM!!

 

Okay so thats that covered, Now WHY do I want it?!

Well what are the benifits and rewards of weight loss: Well the benificial side of things would be that I would be happy with myself, the way I look! I will be healthier, be able to live longer and happier, less health problems! Rewards would be buying that little cute dress and not having a bump here and a bump there!!! Not worrying about needing to buy the clothes that cover up those problem areas! And of corse better self esteem!!

The consequences of not changing: Well this one is easy! If I dont change my habbits now its just going to make it ALOT harder in the future to try and loose weight, I will keep gaining weight untill I HAVE to take action!! I will be forever unhappy with my size and Lypo doesnt come cheap!! I will continue to struggle to find clothes that look great on and continue to want to live in my trackies!!

What will be different when I change: My size obviously! But I will be happy and healthy! Happy to get on the dance floor and shake my little booty all night!! Ill be fit and for once I'll be lighter than a boyfriend and not have to worry about going to Adventure world and having to be on the back of the double water tubes (because the heaviest person is on the back!) So all in all I will be extatic with my body and the way I look!

What will you be able to do that you can't do now?:  Like I keep saying, fit into that little dress! Be able to wave my arms in the air and not worry about knocking other people out with the flab.. I will be able to run and not be puffed after 5minutes! If I was to ever get stranded out at sea I would be able to swim to saftey and not drown from being so unfit!

What am I willing to do?  I am willing to try my hardest and stick to the TF diet! Its so easy for the busy life style and the shakes are yummm! I am willing to eat smaller portions, use a smaller plate to make my mind think its still a big meal (I heard that works) Im willing to be a shopper who reads the lables and counts carbs! I will eat things under 5grams of carbs per 100g's. Im willing to get the girls together and play netball or go for walks and use my gym member ship! Im willing to become more active!! Im willing to give up every weekend of drinking, but enjoy a few once  a month but spend hours on the dance floor to work it off!! Im willing to do it!!

 

Now how to keep motivated!! Well this is what im hoping this website will provide! Keeping a journal of my progress I find might help me keep motivated and hopefully motivate others along the way!

I guess also I need to think of a reward system that doesnt allow myself to award me with Tim Tams or a night out for dinner!! So far I cant think of anything that will reward me that I dont buy usually anyway! If I want that pair of shoes, I will find a way to get them! Any ideas?!?!
