Day 1 of my new begining. My sister called me yesterday, and put a little fire in my motivation engine. Thank you. Thank you little sister for giving me a focus. With all the stress of work and family right now, I have been neglecting myself. I recognize this because, my health has not been at its best. And I want to change that, I have been thinking about starting a program lately, but I just did not have the get up and go in me. Well, it is a Wednesday, not exactly the first day of the week, but the first day of my new begining. Let's Go.
