I love jump roping! It's kinda hard at first, but after a couple of weeks it gets less tiring. I've been jump roping for a month and a half... and i probably do around 45 minutes of jumping 6 days a week, although i started out first with around 20 minutes...

I don't get it though. I used to weigh 136 pounds. Probably around 3 weeks ago, I was down 5 pounds. Then I weighed myself 4 days later (After I had gone on vacations) And i gained those 5 pounds back? I was back on my normal weight. There is no way I gained 5 pounds on 3 days. Even if i did over eat and didn't work out. But I continued excercising. So yesterday, 2 weeks after returning from my mini vacations, I weighed myself and the scale showed I was down 4 pounds from my original weight. Wich is good for 2 weeks, but I wonder, I've been on a my weight loosing lifestyle for a month and a half now, and I've only lost a total of 4 pounds? NO WAY! My mom thinks the scale that i weighed myself on (wich belongs to my cousin) is probably broken or not working or something, because i really look thinner compared to how i was a month ago. And i also feel it as well. I fit into some old jeans again, and other jeans feel really loose!

Another reason to why maybe i haven't lost weight, is probably because I'm gaining muscle. I've heard that jump roping tends to do that, so therefore before actually losing weight, you gain a couple. I feel my legs getting hard, and I've algo developed some muscle un my arms! And I'm not doing anything special for gaining muscle there.

So its either the scale thats wrong, or its that I'm gaining muscle. Or both probably!

Anyways,I have an appointment with my doctor next friday, so I guess I'll weigh myself and I'll know my true weight.

but i feel good with myself! I'm gaining muscle and I'm not doing anything about it, wich is awsome! Muscle increases your metabolism, so i can't really complain!

But i cant help but feeling dissapointed... I mean i work out a good amount of time besides jump roping... and those 4 pounds aren't really satisfying

ButI dont plan on stopping for any reason.!

I'm down 4 pounds, 12 pounds more to go!
