THE BEGINNING The reason why I'm writing this blog is because I finally want to loose weight.I'm actually not that big, my weight isn't overweight. But I always had the feeling that I would feel better without a couple of pounds. So the reason why I want to loose weight is to feel better in my own skin, ofcourse I know losing weight isnt the only aswer for this. But I feel it is a good beginning. I will update atleast once a week here, to tell how my progession goes.
