I was never a cheerleader. I wasn't even close to being a cheerleader material.

When I was in high school, the girls used to pick on me because of my tremendous weight for my age. Weighing about 150lbs and convincing myself it was just water weight, I never had the chance to get close to my dream of being the prom queen. The problem is, I never attended prom because the dresses that I liked never fit my almost vessel like body.

One time, as I was looking at the beautiful prom photos of my girlfriends, I found a custom term paper on the internet talking about psychology and weight loss. “It's all in the mind,” I breathed. I run through the pages and it hit me hard that weight gain and weight loss are dual effects of what is in your mind.

I never thought positively about my diet plans so I wasn't always pleased with the end result. I read testimonials and essay papers on successful weight loss but I didn't believe I could do it.

I told myself I'd slim down. Diet. Exercise. Positivity. Law of attraction. 110Lbs and it's all good.
