okay so my stepdad made a bet with me today and it goes like this...

i have 3 months to lose 36 lbs. and if i do i get $200 dollars [oh and of course a higher self esteem/nicer body/better health]

but if i lose i pay him $200 which wouldn't be so fun.

i think i can do this.

NO i know i can do this and as we speak i'm making a great rock workout mix and i'm about to go jump on the treadmill so goodnight and goodworkout to y'all :)
