im a 17year old girl whose has it up to here with gaining weight,im 250pounds and it will continue to increase if i dont do something about it now.im stressing about my weight which is causing my face to break out and worse...DOUBT MYSELF.prom is around the corner and i dont want to be remembered as the fat girl in school.someone please respond to give me advice on how can i loose weight and keep it off.everytime i fix my mind to loose weight,something gets in the way and im back gaining it.PLEAS SOMEONE HELP,IM IN A GAINING WEIGHT HELL,THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM....
I totaly know what you mean I will be turning 22 in about 2 months and am getting married in about 2 years . I dont want to look at my wedding pictures and see how fat i am... I have found the you have to really want to lose. no one and make you do it you can have all the support in the world but you have the not eat the plate of cookies, you have to order a salad instead of that burger you usualy get. Set small goals for youself dont say you wnat to lose 100 lbs tell you self"ok this week i am going to lose 5 lbs" and work toward that itseasier to lose 5 lb then it is to lose 50. Make sure to drink plenty of water it will help kee you hydrated when you excercise and it will also help curb cravings. Excersice is a must go for a walk , when you go shopping at the mall park at then end of the parking lot instead of searching for the spot closest to the door and remeber every little bit counts.Kepp your chin up if i can do it you totaly can do it..
