Hey so I would really like some help or advice for anyone who can please help me. I'm 18 years old and tired of being overweight! I currently weigh 240 pounds, and I have a goal of losing 40 pounds in the next 3 months! I have to be really dedicated but i think i can do it.
My friend and i have been exercising 5 days a week, and I've been diong about 2 miles on the treadmill and 4 miles on the bike, and ab crunches every once in a while. I've cut out soda completely and almost all sweets, and trying to cut down portion sizes!!
I think i'm on the right track, but i really need some more advice if anyone has any, I would also like people to share their weight experiences with me... anything to keep me more encouraged, PLEASE!!!

 Set small goals for youself dont say you wnat to lose 40 lbs  in 3 months tell you self"ok this week i am going to lose 5 lbs" and work toward that itseasier to lose 5 lb then it is to lose 50. Make sure to drink plenty of water it will help kee you hydrated when you excercise and it will also help curb cravings. Excersice is a must go for a walk , when you go shopping at the mall park at then end of the parking lot instead of searching for the spot closest to the door and remeber every little bit counts.Kepp your chin up if i can do it you totaly can do it..
