| ABOUT ME |
My name is David . I am 24 years old and have lost
100 lbs in the past year during 2008. it is now
February of 2009. During the beginning of 2008 I
was weighing in at 278 lbs and 5'11. Body fat
percentage Was... to be honest i wasn't even
thinking about that at the time and didn't even
know about Body fat percentages, Let's just say i
was obese and it was very high haha. Well i
started a membership at 24 hour fitness in
february of 2008. I did not have a workout plan
for me i just knew that weights and cardio
together will have me lose weight. I DID LOSE
WEIGHT!! over the course of that year I lost 100
lbs and I am now weighing 172 lbs as of february
2009. I did get sick during the 2nd week of
february so i gained weight and went up to 184 lbs
due to all the carbs i ate and all the water i had
to drink because i was sick. so let's start it off
fresh. I'm 184 lbs 90 lbs lighter than i was 1
year ago, but i am Not completely satisfied with
my results. during that year of 2008 i did heavy
weight lifting. i used my extra weight i had on me
as advantage to push more while i had the chance
of being big haha. because when you lose weight
you get weaker, and since my goal was to lose
weight and get cut i might as well lift as heavy
as i can WHILE I CAN!!! and it worked. Let's keep
it simple i didn't really have a real diet plan
because i did not know that eating was 90% of
weight loss i just thought like most people that
lifting weights and cardio was the thing to do to
lose the weight. turns out it's only 10% of the
battle. but during that year of lifting i gained
good amounts of muscles and lost a lot of fat, but
i don't HAVE WHAT I WANT!!!!! AND THIS IS WHAT I'M
HERE FOR!! I WANT A SIX PACK!!! AND THRU THE PAST
FEW MONTHS I'VE BEEN STUDYING HARD ON ALL
DIFFERENT TYPES OF WEBSITES AND ARTICLES AND
INTERNET FORUMS ON ALL THE ADVICE OF HOW TO GET A
SIX PACK AND I THINK I FOUND ONE THAT WILL REALLY
WORK!!. I don't want to give out my information
yet. I want to use myself as a test subject to
this lifestyle diet change that i am going to make
and i am going to post up weekly all my results,
that's including, My own customized Split
routine,a picture of my body,and my attitudes,mood
changes,and how fatigue or energized i feel during
my progress and workouts. Like I said I will give
out my diet information only if this plan works. I
plan on having a six pack in 16 weeks, LETS SEE IF
I CAN DO IT!!!! THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!!!
