Hey there Hallen,

Sorry been away from computer for a while - been in contact with Jen about the profile pics - not many people seem to have there photos up - little bit annoying seeing i joined over a month ago now and my gallery pics are up???? Anyway - i am good - going to the gym today after spending 90mins there yesterday but still need to get my act together with my diet, thinking of heading back to WW to help me kick start it. What do  you think?

my puppy..  It's funny but that little buger keeps me so active it's crazy..I can't go anywhere in my apartment without her wanting to play and then when I sit down for a minute I get a slobbery ball in my lap cause she's not done playing..  I spose Labs are like that though..  I guess my motivation comes from all the other times I've dieted..  I'd diet and get some success and then just get tired of it and quit.  so I've started thinking about it a different way..  a diet isn't something you do to lose weight..  it's the way you live, if you actually look up the word diet.  so my suggestion (and this is what I currently do) is you need to be on a diet where you can maintain what you're doing for the rest of your life.  that's why I do the calorie counting thing.  I know it's a pain in the ass to count calories but at least you learn portion sizes..  you don't lose anymore than 2 or 3 pounds a week.  and when you get to your desired weight you can still count calories as long as you stick to your "maintain" level of calorie intake.  check out this website for some calorie counters that can help if your interested.  it's www.freedieting.com .that's what got me started and I tell you I can't miss this time around..

Hi, I stuggle on weekends too. My mum always does a big dinner on sunday and then brings out 3 types of dessert!!I get weighed on wenesday so i try to really good on mon, tues on i get some kind of result on wens. I am just sticking to fruit, 2 meals and yogurts most of the time. What kind of diet are you on? Mine is just trying to keep the calories down. I drink only sugar free drinks and water. Apparently if you drink ice cold drinks you burn calories as your body warms it to room temperature. Recently i have been losing every week, but i put 1lb on last week so i hope the result tomorrow will be better. Do you get weighed on a certain day every week? Let me know how you are doing. Millie

Hey...I haven't had a good week either.  A lot of triggers has been making me want to eat and I have.  I have a  horrible deadline at work, plus I am talking to a man that I really care about and I'm wondering if he's playing cat and mouse with me.  Between those 2 things that alone makes me want to stick my head down a pint of Ben & Jerry's.   Hope you are doing well.  I'm in such a slump right now.  UGH.  BTW, you are going to be such a beautiful bride.  When is the big date?
