Hi there. I just read your entries. I say, why not go with the chocolate - okay, so it's not on my diet - I took it off, but that was a mistake (though I still have chocolate powder in my milk). Come 1st of January 2008, chocolate's going back on. It mayl only be possibly around 4 squares of it, but I have to say - I really don't think it's fattening. Today I weighed 57.3 kilos. I've lost about 18 kilos in 6 and a half months doing my own made up diet based on everything I've heard about diets. One of my main focuses is the PORTION aspect of it. I'm more Portion Aware (I'm coining it as a term.) I really started noticing how much weight I lost so many days ago - it almost creeps up on you. Been on an orange a day with a few spoons of yoghurt - a drink of chocolate milk and a fruit juice a day diet for the last 12 days or something with about 9 days to go on it. I'm actually not hungry and have watched my weight go down rapidly. I just wanted to get rid of some fat cells at a quicker pace, but come 1st November, am looking forward to go back on my regular diet. Then I'm really looking forward to 1st of January when I will be having a revised Promise To God Diet - that's when I'll be adding chocolate and a few other things, like potato chips - I can't actually give them up, no, I don't want to give them up. Even if I have just 3 potato chips. It's all in the portions.
