My Weightloss

Well i started my path to weightloss back in September after realising that i couldn't wear a bikini on my summer holiday as a size 14 with a BMI of 31. 

So i started the tony ferguson weightloss program and to date i have lost 11.2kg with a new BMI of around 26. Still overweight but not obese.

Cannot wait! bought new bathers to wear, all my clothes are way to big and i can finally share clothes with me sister and friends.
