Hey Guys,
I finally feel like it is time to be in the best shape of my life. And I am going to do the best possible routine I can.
My goal is to loose around 10kg and put on muscle (I am a guy).
I used to be really fit and very cut, but over the years, a comfortable relationship and many christmas lunch's and just plain old excuses, I have managed to loose the weight battle.
Today is a new leaf and today is the first time back In the gym for a workout.
Looking forward to logging my progress here, I will post my eating habits and workout routine shortly.
