Hi Jennifer. Thank you for welcoming me. I see you are a staff member from the Gold Coast (I lived there for a year in 1997, great place) - but I thought this was an American site.

hey jennifer, how are you? i'm a college student & for the past 3 years my weight has really been fluctuating. i really am trying to lose weight, but i'm not noticing a difference. i was wondering if you had any suggestions.
