*Forget to weight* I think it's around 70.3 now....
Today I went to the gym, for about 1 1/5 hour by my bike. Which is a realy big step for me considering that I hate the gym and actually refuse to go to it, espcially alone. You see how dedicated I am now. 
I ate to a minumum: Breakfast - Mudli, Snack - Warm apple with raisen, Lunch - 2 Crackers with cheese, Snack - Another apple, Snack - Hot chocolate, Snack - and Another apple
I haven't got my dinner yet cause it's to early.But this is how my first day looked like.I only have to watch my apples, I tend to eat apples when I'm hungry and can't eat any candy or chocolate.
I will update tonight/tomorrow for my weight and sizes.

THE BEGINNING
The reason why I'm writing this blog is because I finally want to loose weight.I'm actually not that big, my weight isn't overweight. But I always had the feeling that I would feel better without a couple of pounds. So the reason why I want to loose weight is to feel better in my own skin, ofcourse I know losing weight isnt the only aswer for this. But I feel it is a good beginning.
I will update atleast once a week here, to tell how my progession goes.
