Lookin a bit better!

So I have been very discouraged lately with working out... I was following through w/ billy blanks boot camp work out for about 2 weeks consecutive... I chose to discontinue that (even though it worked) because of my super busy school schedule...

When I first started out with my blogging I weighed in at 207.5

I did a weigh in on the weekend and i am 188... All i am doing is changing my eating habits from alot of junk to tons of fruits...

So far to date I have lost 19.5 lbs ... only 58 lbs to go :) I am sooo excited :):)

Now Im off to bed...

I will blog again in the next month or so

Struggling

So I lost track of my blogging lately because Ive been sooo busy!! Anywhoo went out of schedule, & ignored everything i did... like always... How do i keep from slipping?

I weighed myself last week & I was 102.5, my eating portions have become smaller, but Im still trying to not eat after 6 pm.... & increase my intake of water... So today is when I start again! I will be sticking to the 1200/cal per day... & start working out at the gym @ school :) In two weeks I'll give an update :D

Week 2

So its the second week into my weight loss challenge...I just did a weigh in and i'm 205 so to date i lost 2.5 lbs... So what has changed? My food intake has been 1200/cal day and I increased the excercise although i dont do it everyday like I had hoped. I have a couple people who are discouraging..saying that I cant lose weight and blah blah... but all the more reason to keep trying.

My goal for the next few weeks is to increase my excercise from 60mins to 120mins and see what happens from there...

I also want to enroll into some kick boxing classes? Do they work well for weightloss?

So this past week has been hard for me, I slipped once and bought Harveys and felt so bad afterwards.. I then realized this is a lengthly process and it doesnt happen over night..

My next goal for the week is consuming primarily vegetables and more water... Im hoping for the best :)

Week 1

Okay so ive decided i need to be serious about losing weight! I keep procrastinating and realize this is getting me nowhere! My goal is to weigh 130 lbs which means i have 80 lbs to lose.. this is going to be a journey!

To date I weigh: 207.5 lbs

My plan is to increase my daily workout activities which will consist of running for 30 minutes each day, start off with 100 situps and each week increase the amount thereafter.

Now with food, im going to have to cut out fast food entirely (which will hurt) Cut out foods that are the color white (as seen on Oprah) And downsize the calorie load to 1200 /day..

So now my journey begins.. Weekly i will be recording my progress   GOOD LUCK TO ME :)
