Ok, I have decided today is the day I start being serious about losing weight.
I don't have too much to lose (ideally a stone maybe a bit more) but i am just sick of my body. It actually makes me feel disgusted with myself, for once i actually want to like myself.
Recently i have lost a few pounds but in last few days after dealing with a bereavement i feel i have fallen into the old comfort eating trap. Today is where it stops.
A healthy 'diet'
30 minutes exercise..
Ideal weight by May 6th or at the latest 30th..please?
Next blog will be saturday..Updating with my progress. Going to a friends birthday tomrrow so that shall be tempting..but i can do it!
Just realised i would like to lose about 17 pounds ideally, realise this may not be possible in the tiime period i was aiming for but as a long term goal around 17lbs depending on how i look feel :)
