Okay now it is about 8:00pm for dinner I had whole wheat pasta and a can of tuna. My diet sounds bland. I am probably not eating enough but I can't think of anything else to eat. I am craving sweets because it is late at night. I am having a beer and will probably end up eating something later, but for right now I think I did pretty good today..

Alright ladies, This is it I am ready to be honest and loose this baby weight well not baby anymore just stephie weight ugh.

Before third pregnancy 125 pounds

Pregnancy weight 167

current weight 147

 Goal is to loose 22 more pounds

by March 2009 and tone tone tone.

Todays date is 10/30/08 and I am going to keep a journal of what I eat and how much exersize I do everyday..

Breakfast 2cup oatmeal with peaches 1cup coffie and 8oz juice

snack apple

lunch two egg omlett with spinich and a glass of soy milk.  100 cal bag of popcorn sofar so good we will see about when the night comes to play
