Week 2

So its the second week into my weight loss challenge...I just did a weigh in and i'm 205 so to date i lost 2.5 lbs... So what has changed? My food intake has been 1200/cal day and I increased the excercise although i dont do it everyday like I had hoped. I have a couple people who are discouraging..saying that I cant lose weight and blah blah... but all the more reason to keep trying.
My goal for the next few weeks is to increase my excercise from 60mins to 120mins and see what happens from there...
I also want to enroll into some kick boxing classes? Do they work well for weightloss?
So this past week has been hard for me, I slipped once and bought Harveys and felt so bad afterwards.. I then realized this is a lengthly process and it doesnt happen over night..
My next goal for the week is consuming primarily vegetables and more water... Im hoping for the best :)
