Week Two

It is week two of my weight loss and it is going really well. After a huge loss of 3.2kg last week I am hoping to lose the same this week. Even 2kg would be great! I have noticed all my clothes feel loose on me which is great because they were tight on me 2 weeks ago! I was almost ready to buy new clothes in a bigger size, but now I fit into my size 16 jeans I had in the cupboard and my size 16plus are loose. I have been exercising everyday(except Saturday and Sunday). Doing 15 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training. I want to do a pilates class but I get nervous doing one on my own! The biggest thing I have done in the past two weeks is increased my water intake. I now have one glass of coke zero a day where before I would drink atleast 5-7 glasses. I now drink more then 2 litres of water and I feel amazing! Jen xx
