Introduction

Well. I guess as the title implys this is a small introduction of myself.
My name is Emily and I am actually 18years of age. Most of my life I have struggeled with my weight, although Im not morbidly obese I am over weight and for years have dreamed and struggled to loose those extra KG's. I may not be 100+kg's but at the weight I am now I am unhappy and hope to acheieve something in the near year.
Like I said, all my life I have struggeled with my weight, my heaviest was 81kg and my lightest at 65kg. It proved to be an issue in primary school being the biggest lead for everyone else to tease me on, It doesnt matter how popular you are or how nice you are, people know that 'fatty' is the biggest insult.
In the last 2 years I have gone from 65kg back to 81kg, I joined the gym but was eating the same, wasnt seeing any results which lost all my confidence in the gym and I havent been back for about 4 months now (bad huh) so about 2months ago I started a Diet know as the Tony Ferguson Weightloss Program, which is basically a meal replacement diet, replacing 2 meals a day with shakes or soups and only allowing a certain amount of 2 friuts per day and a maximum of 3 cups of vegies a day and cutting out all carbs (your daily amount is included in the shakes) and not forgeting the golden rule of Min 2L or water a day.
Ive recently lost all motivation in this also and am now taking any action to help motivate me again so I can reach my goal weight of 60kg and get into that size 10 dress by my 19th..
