foods i eat regularly

so i've been tracking the foods i eat regularly.
they say insanity is doing the same thing over and over, yet expecting different results.
so, in order to get the different results i want, which is more weight loss, i need to stop eating the same foods.
tea tortilla chips burrito Tator Tots Crackers Corn Dog Slow Churned ice cream Rice Tomato Pickles   ;Grilled Chicken wine Lettuce Spa ghetti Carrots Oxtails Pizza Salsa Charbroiled Steak Mustard chicken Sandwich Onion Rings candy, Guacamole Ketchup Green Beans Burger Sour Apple Pucker Schnapps . Sour Cream (Hood) Maccaroni And Cheese Dinner Hard boiled egg Bud Light Beer Yogurt Covered Raisins French Fries
many of these things seem healthy, but when i compare the protien, vs carb, vs fat, its all mostly fat and carbs.
i enjoy carbs as much as the next person, a low-carb diet isn't in my horizon.but when i actually charted my eating for the last week, i see that fat makes up 36 percent, carbs the other 50, very little protien.
no good!
