Well, I went to the dietician today. I was nervous and excited at the same time. She gave me some good guidlines to go by, so I suppose I can truly say that I am on a..*gulp* d-i-e-t. ICK! I suppose though, that's not necessarily a bad thing, as I am getting in the groove of exercising regularily, and eating healthy. So here's what it all is...
- 1500-1600 calories a day
- 11-13 carb "points" (1 carb point is 15 carbs ( I think it's grams?)
- 6-7 ounces of lean meat (gonna have a problem with that one, I don't like meat
)
- 34-45fat grams (she actually gave me a couple grams of sat. fat and trans fat...well, needless to say my goals of those are none LOL especially the trans fat)
- 1800 mg of cholesterol
- 65 oz of water (my personal goal is 80 oz tho)
There's a couple others but I can't remember then right now. Naturally the paper is in my car LOL I also am going to the gym again, my goal is 5 days a week, alternating 1 hour straight cardio with 30 mins cardio and 30 mins strength. I also use the sauna regularily. It feels good to sweat out all that icky stuff and water weight! 
SoI've already liost 6 pounds, and I've lowered my ldl's by 30 points! Raised my hdl's by 10 points too! All that in 2 1/2 months! WOOT WOOT!!
So starting tomorrow I'm going to be on this...diet ( )and I'm also going to be journaling every day what I eat and drink. .... yay me LOL
Myfirst goal is: 25 pounds weight lost. Provided Sir allows it my reward for myself will be a genital piercing, at the top where the outer labia meet.
