Wow!

Holy crap! So, went to the gym tonight. Went with a friend and she jumps on the inevitable scale. "I gained a pound!" she says. I comfort her that it is water weight (which it is actually) and so I jump on. "Holy crap I lost 3.5 lbs since Wednesday and it's only Saturday!" Dayam!!! That makes it a total of 9.5 lbs lost so far. YAY!!!!  And here I thought today was a bad diet day LOL I was all for starting my new diet so my breakfast ended up being 2 pieces of light wheat bread with non-trans-fat peanut butter and a protein bar. Then I ended up having a foot long Subway sub *sigh* Yes, it was tuna with tomatos and spinach but I threw on extra mayo and bacon. Whoops  But,I had a good workout with a 30 minutes on the elyptical, 30 minutes of good weight lifting ( I LOVE weight lifting!) and a halfway decent sweat in the sauna. So, 15.5 lbs left to my first goal. WOOT WOOT!!
