Note 11 - Promise To God Diet - Splash Chart

Today I weighed 64.4 kilos.
In 15 weeks I've lost 10 and a half kilos.
I've drawn up a graph chart with my daily weights on it. Joining up the dots, it looks like a pattern waves make when they crash down on the sand. The weight 'splashes' up but then it ends up going down further, an obvious pattern that has emerged from recording my daily weights. I can see that although some days my weight goes up, it ultimately ends up going down even further which shows that my body is fighting a losing battle when it comes to hanging on to the fat cells. I've got it at 100 gram intervals and the graph looks pretty extreme. It's like watching the pattern of a 'fight' - it was almost 'sad' figuring it out at first. No matter how much the 'splash' up climbed, the 'crash' down would go lower. Good news for me though.
I also put a 'cap' on the peanut butter. I was getting carried away and began putting about 2 cm's worth of peanut butter on my bread. Well my limit is about half that amount now. I cut my own slice of bread now, controlling how thick the slice will be. Very glad about that. I didn't actually stipulate how thick the 1 slice of bread could be, so, that's good for me. I get to have more bread now, but apart from as thick as I'm cutting it now, I wouldn't actually want it any thicker - 2 cm's apx is enough.
