body changes

today i went to the store and a clerk said to me i can't belive how much your face has changed , in the past month, what are you doing differn'tly? i told her thats not all thats changed ive lost a pant size and shirt size overall my out look on life is changing as well. i feel great evcery day . i'm not napping and eating all the time . i taking my vitamins and my cell activators 3 times aday, and was nice to be told by someone else that i was looking better. i'm so proud of my progress

went cloths shoping yesterday

i bought new coths cause my old coths feels like tents on my body i didn't buy to manny cause i going to loose more weight and don't want to have to buy them all over again. i take 2 healthy shakes a day i mix with fruit juice taste is awsome. i take 5 pils 3 times a day . the vitamins and the vegtibils in a pill help give me what my bady needs to loose weight thing is 100% natural and gives me life and energy.i'm a product of the company even my coach is shocked at my overal weight loss to date . the last time we have a training call they recorded my progress for training methods. i think thats awsome. i'm proud of me and can't wait to go home show my fience her new man i started out at 360 lbs i am now under 300 lbs and loosing it fast . by christmas time i will be maintaining a health weight yehaw .i'm 6 '1 and every day i have to re adjust my pants cause they falling off me so thats why i bought new cloths . i want to thank my coach . for all the hard work he puts in i can't wait to be a coach for some one else that wants to loose weight too.

lost another 8 pounds

i got new products in the mail boy was i excited could hardly wait to open them up and start loosing more pounds , in just 9 days i have lost another 8 pounds i look forward to this month to loose even more weight the healthy way.i going to stop cheating to see how much i can really loose. i'm so excited to find out. is like opening a new a package of me for the world to see. i can't wait for alanna my feince to get a look at her new man. i'm doing it wahoo. this 100% natural . i have never had so much energy i can't wait to see what this month brings.

My first30 days have been great for thoes of u that wonder how it can be done . i'm doing it ive lost 38 pounds in 30 days . i have energy and feel great every day my cloths feel like i wearing a tent . Every day i have to re ajust my shorts cause they falling off me. ive lost at least one pant size i know of and i just feel great.
