OK.. I have been very bad lately with over-eating and has gained a lot of weight. The best thing is that I can still change all of this and will now start to lose weight again by using Herbalife Products.
My Measurements are as follows:
Weight: 55.3kgs
Body Fat: 34%
Arm: 25cm / 9.8 in
Chest: 82cm / 32.3in
Upper Bust: 71cm / 28in
Waist: 71cm / 28in
Lower Belly: 85cm / 33.5in
Hips: 92cm / 36.2in
Thighs: 54.5cm / 21.5in
Calf: 31cm / 12.2in
My Goals:
In 15 weeks, I will be:
Weight: 42kgs (= -1kg p/wk)
Body Fat: 17% (= -1.2% p/wk)
Arm: 21cm / 8.3in (= - 0.3cm/0.1in p/wk)
Chest: 80cm / 31.5in (= -0.1cm/0.05in p/wk)
Upper Bust: 69cm / 27.2in (= - 0.1cm/0.05in p/wk)
Waist: 58cm / 22.8in (= - 0.8cm/0.3in p/wk)
Lower Belly: 78cm / 30.7in (= -0.5cm/0.18in p/wk)
Hips: 83cm / 32.7in (= -0.6cm/0.2in p/wk)
Thigh: 45cm / 17.7in (= -0.6cm/0.25in p/wk)
Calf: 26cm / 10.2in (= -0.3cm/0.1in p/wk)
Just for health benefits I will aim to exercise min. 5 hours a week (1hr per day for 5/7days) and not eat junk food throughout this whole program.
