Holy crap!  So, went to the gym tonight.  Went with a friend and she jumps on the inevitable scale. "I gained a pound!" she says.  I comfort her that it is water weight (which it is actually) and so I jump on.  "Holy crap I lost 3.5 lbs since Wednesday and it's only Saturday!"  Dayam!!!  That makes it a total of 9.5 lbs lost so far.  YAY!!!!   And here I thought today was a bad diet day LOL

I was all for starting my new diet so my breakfast ended up being 2 pieces of light wheat bread with non-trans-fat peanut butter and a protein bar.  Then I ended up having a foot long Subway sub *sigh* Yes, it was tuna with tomatos and spinach but I threw on extra mayo and bacon.  Whoops

But,I had a good workout with a 30 minutes on the elyptical, 30 minutes of good weight lifting ( I LOVE weight lifting!) and a halfway decent sweat in the sauna.  

So, 15.5 lbs left to my first goal.  WOOT WOOT!!

Well, finally got a computer although it's not the one I wanted.  Granted it's better, but it was more money *sigh* That seems to be how it always works. 

 

Wasn't able to start my detox today.  Part of that was simply convenience of my life, another part was me liking to eat.  So... gonna start it tomorrow.  I have some good detox tea from my sister that I felt the affects after even just the first cup LOL So, gonna have that.  I'm not going to fast detox though, fasting in my opinion is for Ghandi.  LOL

 

I was going to go to the gym tonight but things ended up going late.  I didn't get home until almost 2 am, and while my gym has 24-hour access... yea, I'm used to getting up at 7am.  I'm not going at 1am.  So I'm gonna do an extra good workout tomorrow.  *nod nod*

 

*yawn*I gotta go to bed.....

Well, I went to the dietician today.  I was nervous and excited at the same time.  She gave me some good guidlines to go by, so I suppose I can truly say that I am on a..*gulp* d-i-e-t.  ICK!  I suppose though, that's not necessarily a bad thing, as I am getting in the groove of exercising regularily, and eating healthy.  So here's what it all is...

  • 1500-1600 calories a day
  • 11-13 carb "points" (1 carb point is 15 carbs ( I think it's grams?)
  • 6-7 ounces of lean meat (gonna have a problem with that one, I don't like meat)
  • 34-45fat grams (she actually gave me a couple grams of sat. fat and trans fat...well, needless to say my goals of those are none LOL  especially the trans fat)
  • 1800 mg of cholesterol
  • 65 oz of water (my personal goal is 80 oz tho)

There's a couple others but I can't remember then right now.  Naturally the paper is in my car LOL  I also am going to the gym again, my goal is 5 days a week, alternating 1 hour straight cardio with 30 mins cardio and 30 mins strength.  I also use the sauna regularily.  It feels good to sweat out all that icky stuff and water weight!

 SoI've already liost 6 pounds, and I've lowered my ldl's by 30 points!   Raised my  hdl's by 10 points too!  All that in 2 1/2 months!  WOOT WOOT!! 

 So starting tomorrow I'm going to be on this...diet ()and I'm also going to be journaling every day what I eat and drink.  ....  yay me  LOL

 Myfirst goal is: 25 pounds weight lost.  Provided Sir allows it my reward for myself will be a genital piercing, at the top where the outer labia meet.
