Well a week later I am the same weight. 69.4 kgs... Hey at least I haven't gone up.
During the week I was a saint, did all my workouts and ate fairly well. Friday night came and the boyfriend and I couldn't be bothered cooking dinner, so we got chinese. Saturday I did an hour weights and then half an hour on the treadmill... then had KFC for lunch. (At least I did the weights and cardio) so all in all I am pretty happy that I am the same weight and that I haven't gone up. Just pretty upset with myself for eating bad food.

Having just gotten over bronchitis I am yet again ready to start my weight loss journey.
I don't have that much to lose, but it seems like forever that I have been trying to lose it and not getting anywhere so I decided to not be so stubborn and give blogging a go! I think I need the support!
I currently weigh 70kg and I want to be around 60, I really don't mind what I weigh as long as I can look at myself in the mirror and say, hey I look pretty damn good!
Consistency is going to be my key I feel, I know I can do this and am very focussed and determined when I really set my mind to it. However, I have had a few injuries and recently bronchitis which has set me back. I tend to go "all or nothing"! I am going to try a more balanced approach.
This week's goal is to complete three weights sessions and spend a minimum of 4 1/2 hours on my treadmill. I have suffered from shin splints for years now, so I am determined to also build up my treadmill work slowly and go back to walking. I used to be able to run and got quite addicted to it and it frustrates me that I can't run at the moment, but I knwo this will be better for me in the logn run... Well at least that is what I tell myself when I feel the urge to run at the moment!
Well, that's a start... I'm off to do my first weights session for the week
