so two days and on the second day i cheated on my diet. i kind of ate more than i want to in carbs.i had potato chips and had pasta (wildmushroom) plus shared half a bread basket with my co worker.no biggie though.... at least i am still eating less than what i use to.i'm not as hungry as much because i've been taking hydroxycut caffeine free.i've taken it before and when i stopped ( it was bummer spending money) my appetite came back and i gained weight.
and i worked out the past two days:). my legs and arms are killing me but that's ok:).
i'm planning to weigh myself this sunday.. i am one of those neurotic people who constantly weighed themself everyday so i'm cutting it down to once a week. it's better than everyday!
but anyways last time i checked i was 150.5 ...3 days ago
it might still be the same since i am nearing pms and tend to retain water like crazy.

hi i'm new.i'm 24 ...5'4 and weigh 150 lbs.i know i don't have a picture of myself here but i think i'll just start putting it up when i have lost 10lbs ..or maybe 5 lbs everytime.my goal is to get down to 125 or 120 would be awesome. now i know what your thinking...that might be too thin ... i'm small frame btw so i think that would be a good weight. the smallest ive ever weighed was 130 lbs which was in high school and i was still a little chubby.
so today will be the day i will listen to myself and get on the gazelle i've purchased months ago.i will aim for 40 minutes..then pass out take a shower and go to work.so hello to everyone!
