Hello!! I'm new!

Halloeveryone!

I have decided to join this webbie to keep on track with my weight loss...as I'm scared that I'm going off the rails a bit!

At the moment I  weight 10 stone 7 pounds (150 pounds) and I would loooooove to lose a stone!

I'm currently a size 10/12 on top and 14 (sometimes 12 in skirts) on bottom. It would be great to be a 10 on top and to look good in trousers!

 I used to be about three stone heavier than I am now, so i've come this far I'm not turning back now!!!

Sorry if I'm rambling on

Onlything is...it's fish and chip night tonight with the family

Ahwell! I WILL be good tomorrow and onwards!

I have to stop bingeing as well! This last week I must have  had a binge every day...and by binge i mmean BEERRGEEBINGEEEEEEEEEEEMANIA as  I must have eaten about 6000 calories in the space of 10 minutes

ahwell that is in the past now! Besides I only put on a pound this week (when I weighed myelf yesterday) which isn't too bad considering! However after today I feel a bit heavier...but ah well I am going to do super good tomorrow onwards!

 Anyway must dash!
