Current weight - 95kg
Aim: at least 1kg a week loss, lose 10kg first, then we'll work from there ^-^

i hope that using this will help me, ive been very lazy of late :( Ive always had weight problems, but they have escalated in the few years since i had my daughter, and now i weigh more than when i was pregnant! I need to remember to exercise, it always conveniently slips my mind, and i have no motivation. I lost 6 kilos last year when i went to weight watchers, but it came back and brang some friends. Now i need to get it off and keep it off before its too late :(
So here i go.
