Thanks, Shelley. That sounds like a good idea- the short term fat
drop before getting into a newer diet. I like the diet I found in
Women's Health Magazine- 250 cals for breakfast, 350 for lunch, and 350
for dinner. Except that I have a job that goes from 6 am to 3 pm, which
doesn't allow time for lunch.
Also, I'm seeing my fiance in 7
days, and that makes the quick fat drop aspect of what you're
describing very tantilizing. I see him November 1st. You say you're
having some juice, an orange, and a little bit of yogurt every day? I
can do something similar. It sounds great. I don't know when you'll get
this comment, but I'll do this with you!! I'll at least give you one
update before Nov. 1st!! Cheers!
