So this is my new start...I really want to lose weight and hope that this will help me with my goals. Some stats:
Current weight: 200 lbs
Goal weight: 160 lbs
I am planning on exercising at least 5 days a week, and I'm going to write down everything I eat in my blogs to keep me honest. I hope this works
Breakfast:Raisin Bran and skim milk, peach
Lunch: Salad with chicken, yogurt, apple with peanut butter
